I’m a hot glue virgin. My first experience has been painful and I am not sure if I want to do it again.
My desk and the Nook are covered in a spider web of stringy hot glue. and the damned gun keeps dribbling the hot messy stuff.
Being an ex-perfectionist, I am not totally satisfied with the results but it will have to do. Maybe I should have bought the $79 gun from Bunnings instead of the $17 model from Spotlight craft store. Given this is the first time I have used a gun, and maybe the last time, I should be grateful I did it without burning the flat down.
A deceptive photo. The iPhone camera is so bloody good. It enhances the image and makes it much brighter than it really is. This looks light midday but in fact the effect is much closer to late evening with dark shadows. Dark and scary. Cool.
The Man is happy.
