I can’t cope. I am in meltdown. It’s all too hard.
I am admitting to my failures. I can’t make the ultimate wonder for Amelia. For all I know she probably doesn’t love Harry Potter anymore. Forget the lights. Forget the window displays. Forget the interiors. I’m just going make the ‘BOX!’. It will still unfold to reveal the building frontage but no pretty details.
This isn’t Diagon Alley with all the wonderful shops, Ollivanders, Gringotts Wizarding Bank, Quality Quidditch Supplies.
This Knockturn Alley. The darker side, a place full of Dark magic. It definitely wouldn’t have Xmas lights in the windows.
Just gonna build the ‘box’ and paint it the best I can.
These colours, the purple, pink and orange, are the ‘natural’ filaments. I was just using up the ‘leftover’ reels back in March.
